All of the bedrooms have A/C, it has an equipped kitchen, backup power and water systems installed, maid service is included and there are caretakers living onsite in order to help you with any questions you may have. From the pool deck you can enjoy the incredible ocean and hills views , there is nothing like taking a dip while watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. Parking is available. It is advisable to bring a 4x4 vehicle to drive in this area. The house assumes 30 kilowatts per night, the surplus (if any) will be paid by the guest.
