Nicaragua: A New Frontier.

Nicaragua has a beautiful, untouched Pacific coastline with dramatic cliffs, rocky outcrops and verdant bluffs contrasting the secluded sandy white beaches and inlets. Growth in Tourism

The area located between Lake Nicaragua and the Pacific Ocean is very similar in topography to the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica and the Big Sur area of California - boasting dramatic hills rolling down to light sand beaches, rich biodiversity, great surfing and near constant offshore breezes. It is here, in the southwestern corner of the country, where bulk of foreign investment in the real estate and tourism sectors of Nicaragua is focused. It is no shock that it is also in this part of the country where properties have been increasing in value as the country continues to develop, and investment, both foreign and domestic, continues to escalate.
